System requirements are directly translated to the Innowe ODC for analysis, design, development and remote implementation. This is the most economical option though issues such as communication, degree of client´s involvement, type of the work that can be outsourced etc will decide the success of this approach.

Onsite/Offshore Development

Development tasks will be distributed between a Innowe’s onsite team working at the client’s premises and an offshore project team working in Innowe ODC. This is a very effective approach though cost factors will be higher as compared to the offshore development.

Offsite/Offshore Development

Project development will be undertaken by Innowe offsite team working near to the client’s premises and an offshore team in Innowe ODC. This model will enable the clients to have better control on the development process with the benefits resulting from offshore outsourcing to Innowe.
